These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 6ph1 ("6ph1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 6ph1 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the 6ph1 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 6ph1 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the 6ph1 Platform. This age restriction is in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. 6ph1 strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. The 6ph1 Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 6ph1 reserves the right to restrict access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 6ph1 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. 6ph1 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances associated with them.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. 6ph1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading information has been provided.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6ph1 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes. You agree to notify 6ph1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 6ph1 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements. In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations, 6ph1 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any time during your use of the Platform.

3.2 Required Documents. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, UMID, or Voter's ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing your registered name)
• Selfie with government-issued ID as requested by the 6ph1 verification team

3.3 Verification Timeline. 6ph1 will endeavor to complete KYC verification within two (2) to five (5) business days of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals may be held pending successful verification. 6ph1 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or illegible document submissions.

3.4 Right to Refuse or Suspend. 6ph1 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 6ph1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 6ph1 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.

4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your 6ph1 account instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within 15 to 30 minutes during standard Philippine banking hours. 6ph1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally completed within two (2) hours during banking hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

4.6 Withdrawal to Same Method. 6ph1 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and protect player accounts.

4.7 No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the 6ph1 Platform are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonuses credited to your 6ph1 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. 6ph1 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers and void associated winnings where abuse is detected.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 6ph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 6ph1 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation. All casino games on 6ph1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 6ph1 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. 6ph1 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

6.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. 6ph1 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6ph1 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through coordinated or systematic exploitation
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform's operation

8.1 Ownership. All content on the 6ph1 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 6ph1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. 6ph1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 6ph1 Platform without prior written consent from 6ph1.

9.1 Platform Provided "As Is." The 6ph1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 6ph1 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 6ph1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall 6ph1's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Force Majeure. 6ph1 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

6ph1 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 6ph1 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6ph1 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or these Terms.

6ph1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 6ph1 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
